  I just switched to this pharmacy, and I have had a great experience! There was a mixup with a prescription (through no fault of the pharmacy) where I had to pay out of pocket and would be reimbursed later. The cost was significant, and the staff, particularly Catherine Tran worked diligently to ensure everything got squared away. It took a few days, and calls back and forth with the insurance company, and my doctor. I was SO grateful for her, and others' help. My prescription has a seven day window with some other stipulations before you can pick it up. This pharmacy called several times during the window to let me know the status, and what else I needed to do before picking it up. When you have a lot going on, those calls are so appreciated and helpful. Thanks to all the staff at Harris Teeter Pharmacy!
