  Had a great experience replacing my hardwood floors. Wali was very helpful and importantly put up with our multiple trips to the showroom and his visits to our house to make sure we got the right flooring shade. His installation team were also very efficient (1000 sf in two and a bit days) and did a very good job. Installation was my biggest concern in general and I came out pleasantly surprised. I did request a specific glue (more expensive one) for my project and he accommodated my request without any fuss. He does have different teams so may be best to ask for the folks that came out to GF's. One aspect that Wali did push on was to replace the railings and am glad I heeded his advice. They came out fantastic and frankly it's the finishing touches that matter. Next project is tiling my laundry room with Master Flooring and looking forward to that..
