  ALAN hung up on me today when I was calling for Jordan who had sold me my phone and has been helpful. ALAN is an awful excuse for an associate who calls himself a "manager"and will not further your query to his actual manager as he knows he is unprofessional- DO NOT BUY Anything from here - worst mistake ever! Buy online or in a corporate AT&T store- the sign makes you think its AT&T but it is not. JUSTIN WELLS is supposed to be the "real manager" but ALAN will refuse his contact as he knows exactly how terrible he acts. FACT- no matter how rude or unprofessional the people in this location behave rolling their eyes at customer calls or denying to pick it up all together or refusing to help you because their systems are down -this is the worst place ever it will leave you stressed and frustrated that ignorant people like this can even hold a job and you will want to leave AT&T for good for even associating (but not recognizing) their name to a "business" that is this disgusting. ALAN should be fired but they don't have a real manager to speak of- take your business elsewhere.
